Our client is looking for a Safety Response Dispatcher: Responsibilities - Monitor alarm and alerts received via the various platforms -Monitor and manage dispatches assigned to various response team via the Now Force App - Process incoming alarm signals with accuracy and verify authencity - Contacting and dispatching security forces or other designated response services, security officer, liaison, contact person if contact cannot be made with client - Follow up on dispatched alarms to ensure resolution in a timely manner and inform the client of the team’s findings - Operates the Central Station two-way radios, phones and software using the appropriate guidelines Requirements - Degree in IT or computer related field of study - Customer Service - Computer efficient – Microsoft Word, Excel and the ability to enter data efficiently and accurately
