CRITERIA The preferred candidate must meet these criteria: 1. Be able to communicate effectively in any given social circle. 2. Be passionate about meeting with people. 3. Have at least two (2) years’ work experience in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Banking or Sales. 4. Be assertive, with an entrepreneurial spirit able to work without direct supervision. 5. Possess CAPE/Advanced Levels and/or Tertiary Level qualifications. 6. Must be tech savvy and be able to operate a fully digitalized platform, as well as work remotely. 7. Must have a vehicle or access to one with a valid driver’s permit. DUTIES The Insurance Agents will be required to: 1. Prospect for and identify new clients. 2. Conduct needs analysis for every client to ensure that the correct products are recommended. 3. Build long-term relationships with our clients to benefit their holistic development. Extensive training will be provided for the successful candidates.
