Our client is looking for Lead Housekeeper Requirements . Proven experience in housekeeping leadership. . Strong leadership, communication, and organization. SOP knowledge. Computer literate. . Detail-oriented, high standards, customer-focused, adaptable. . Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. . Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. . This position may require working evenings and weekends. . The Lead Housekeeper may be required to respond to emergency cleaning situations outside of regular working hours Responsibilities ·  Team Management: Lead, train, and manage a team of cleaners. Create and manage schedules, and address issues. · Cleaning and Sanitation: Ensure cleanliness and sanitation, review and follow SOPs, inspect work, and address issues. · Administrative Tasks: Develop and maintain schedules, manage consumables, prepare reports, and maintain records. . Customer Service: Maintain a positive attitude, address concerns, and work collaboratively with other departments.
