Our client is looking for Automation Engineer REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor of Science in Power or Electrical Engineering, or its equivalent from an accredited institution with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience. Engineering experience is an asset. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS: Administration of the activities related to system security, backup and crash recovery of the automation system applications. Manage, deploy, install, configure, and monitor the components of the automation system on an on-going basis. Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to database, displays, and all interfaces of the system at the Local and Main Control Center. Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted users.
