Our client is looking for an Information Systems Manager: Responsibilities - Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations. - Design, develop, implement and/or coordinate systems, policies and procedures as required. - Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits. - Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational efficiency. - Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related discipline. - A Master’s degree will be considered an asset. - At least eight (8) years’ experience in Information Technology, programming or related field. - Demonstrated record of analyzing and implementing technology to solve business needs. - Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
