Our client is looking for an IT Systems Administrator: Responsibilities: - Provides advanced technical support related to both above-store and in-store IT systems and Infrastructure that have been escalated to the back office teams.rovides advanced technical support related to both above-store and in-st - Evaluates existing IT systems (hardware and software), performs system upgrades based on business requirements; installs, integrates, customizes, configures, and tests new IT systems (hardware and software); resolves configuration conflicts and errors. - Maintains a high standard of customer service in dealing with and responding to support queries. - Provides an interactive IT presence within the company and ensures that all IT. helpdesk tasks are completed, and all requests are escalated for resolution and approval when applicable. Requirements: - BSc in Information Technology or Computer Science - Microsoft Certifications, PMP Certification, CISSP Certification, CCNA/CCNP Certification - Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar position - Technical knowledge (including evaluating, maintenance and troubleshooting) of Local Area Network and Wide Area Network technologies
