Qualifications: • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition • Strong understanding of various marketing strategies and channels • Proficient in using social media platforms and online tools for recruitment • Ability to work independently and manage their workload effectively • Passion for building and nurturing relationships • Experience working with international teams (preferred) • Must work North American Hours Responsibilities: • Sourcing: Actively identify and engage with potential candidates, contractors, and agencies through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, industry events, referrals). • Outreach: Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to build relationships with potential partners. • Screening: Evaluate candidates and agencies based on pre-defined criteria to ensure a high-quality network. • Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new network members, ensuring smooth integration and communication. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with network members. • Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging talent pools in target regions. • Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing marketing initiatives to attract new network members. • Community Management: Help manage the agency community.
