Responsibilities: Developing and executing strategies aligned with organisation’s goal and objectives. Supervising the Fund’s programmes and projects, ensuring they are well executed on time, and within budget. Provide regular reports to the CEO, the Board of Trustees, funders, and donors. Establishing key performance indicators (KPI) and metrics to assess program effectiveness and impact. Requirements: At least Seven years’ progressive experience in programme/project management, partnerships development, resource mobilization, stakeholder engagement and advocacy. At least five years of experience at a national public service, international development organization and/or a non-profit organization. Experience in policy issues related to sustainable development (economic and/or social development) will be an advantage.
