Our client is looking for a Network Operations Engineer: Responsibilities - Implement solutions through consulting, design, programming, testing, training and documentation - Provide post-sale technical support to customer base through resolution of technical issues, installation of upgrades and advising on product enhancements and new features - Attain and maintaining relevant certification, both Department specific, for Partnership levels as well as for Engineer competency - Keep current with technology products and features, primarily through self-study - Maintain timely, accurate and detailed reports and required documentation Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering/Computer Engineering or equivalent - Minimum of five years’ experience in a networking or engineering field - Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)- Routing & Switching (R&S) - Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)- Routing & Switching (R&S) will be an asset - Fortinet NSE 4 will be an asset - Leadership skills - Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills - Excellent planning, organising and time management skills
