Our client is looking for Program Manager Responsibilities:          Supervise and coordinate the work of operational staff to meet predefined goals and objectives. Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Partner with other leaders to assist in budget planning and cost control measures. Maintain records and prepare reports on operational performance. Develop goals that complement the overarching business goals of the company/client and coordinate staff to continually meet and exceed goals. Communicate with clients to build and maintain a strong working relationship. Meet or exceed the target provided on Monthly basis by Operations Manager and Client. Weekly review with Operations manager to ensure that team is on success path. Required Skills and Specialized Techniques: Proven experience of leading a team of at least 100 employees Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence Qualification and Experience Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or related field Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar capacity Must have experience in working with AT&T Line of Business Flexibility/Availability in work schedule Must be able to multi-task and interact professionally with all levels of staff
