Our client is looking for Deputy General Manager – Corporate Services Qualification and Experience A Master’s Degree in Business Administration A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in General Management which should be at a senior management level Sound knowledge of relevant computer applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel Sound knowledge of Industrial Security, Security Systems and Investigative Techniques Sound knowledge of Jamaican Laws and enforcement as they relate to the Construction Industry. Sound knowledge of applicable laws and regulations as they relate to Information Technology and IT Security Sound knowledge of Fleet Management Sound knowledge of Government of Jamaica Procurement Guidelines Required Skills and Specialized Techniques Extensive experience in providing strategic leadership, influencing and leading change Demonstrated interpersonal skills in building and sustaining relationships Experience in leading corporate services functions at the Executive level Sufficient experience and exposure to the core corporate services in order to effectively manage specialist functional managers Ability to plan, organize, coordinate and control the activities of the Division Ability to complete projects within specific timeframes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats Ability to work in a team environment
