Our client is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor Responsibilities - Participation in the development of the annual budget for the department - Administering the continuous training and development programme within the department - Extensive knowledge of food & beverage operations - Responsible for coordinating and controlling the activities of the entire restaurant operation. Requirements - First Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent - At least five years’ management experience in fine dining restaurants - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
