Our client is looking for a Test Engineer: Responsibilities - Expertly develop and maintain the measurement systems and instrumentation to ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, reliability targets, regulatory rules, and contractual requirements. - Diligently monitor, analyze, and verify the accuracy of the facility's Measurement and Custody Transfer system using PHD – Process Trends for daily and monthly reports, ensuring precise data reconciliation. - Analyze gas and liquid product volumes, apply necessary corrections, and report on production measurement data reconciliations, while also coordinating essential input for daily production reports and monthly PTR volumes. - Provide technical support and backup capability for Marine Terminal Operators (MTOs), ensuring continuous operation of critical measurement systems. Requirements - A Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent or a registered Engineer with BOETT.  The following will be considered an asset: Certification in Custody Transfer Allocation and Fiscal Metering, Certification in Metrology. - Eight (8) years industry related experience in the Oil and Gas or petrochemical industry, with at least three (3) - five (5) years at a senior professional level.
