Our client is looking for an Audit Staff Accountant Responsibilities - Performance of fundamental audit procedures key to building an understanding of the audit process around identified significant accounts, which may include cash confirmations/reconciliations, search for unrecorded liabilities, expense testing, accounts receivable testing, fixed asset testing, inventory testing, investment testing, claims/loss testing, etc. - Casting/review of client’s financial statements. - Interaction/communication with clients - Liaising with other departments in conjunction with audit requirements  - Other duties as assigned by Supervisors and/or Management. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or ACCA Level I - Minimum GPA score of 3.3 from a recognized university - Minimum Grade II in CXC English Language or equivalent - Willingness to aggressively work towards the ACCA or CPA qualification - Expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel - Strong interpersonal, report writing and communication skills - Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to adapt to a multi-cultural experience
