Requirements 5 Subjects CXC inclusive of Mathematics and English. A certificate in marketing/customer service would be an asset. Proven working experience in merchandizing or similar field. Responsibilities Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with customer expectations and sales objectives. Monitor customer purchasing behavior and product demand to anticipate restocking requirements. Work closely with customers and the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and effective product placement. Create and maintain attractive product displays and shelf layouts to maximize sales and customer engagement. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers while supporting markdowns, discounts, promotions, and sales events. Regularly inspect shelves and inventory to identify expired, damaged, or short-dated products. Provide feedback to the sales team on customer preferences, product performance, and market conditions. Stay informed about current market trends, merchandising practices, and relevant company policies.
